Due to the decrease of the VAT cost, the Auberge de Launay has decided the following changes :

-5% of all the menus

-5% of all the non-alcool beverages

+5% of the salary of every member of our team (15 People)

Terrine with calf’s head and sun dried tomatoes (served warm)

Dressing with sweet vinegar from Orléans *
